Cash Market Site Terms and Conditions

  • The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in any form of cooperation:
  • 1.1 Fraudulent and Abusive Activities: Including but not limited to phishing.
  • 1.2 Malicious Technical Actions: Such as hacking, malicious redirection, exploiting system vulnerabilities, malware injection, DDoS attacks, or any attempt to disrupt normal market operations or unlawfully obtain sensitive information.
  • 1.3 Sensitive Content: Publishing or disseminating content involving ethnicity, religion, racial discrimination, inflammatory speech, material that could cause public panic, pornography, or politically sensitive topics.
  • 2. If a violation is confirmed, the associated website will be permanently blocked, and a fine of 3,000 USDT per domain will be imposed.
  • 3. All partners must bear full responsibility for any losses or issues resulting from advertising restrictions, site shutdowns, or personnel detainment.
  • 4. All partners are solely responsible for any losses caused by restrictions or bans imposed by product providers, including but not limited to business interruptions, revenue losses, or any indirect damages.
  • 5. If the Cash Market unilaterally terminates the partnership, or if the partnership is terminated due to a breach of agreement, all operational rights, domain names, member data, and related resources shall be transferred without compensation to the designated exclusive partner in Indonesia. This clause applies to all cases of breach, non-compliance, or failure to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • 6. The online casino billing statement will be sent to merchants before the 9th of each month. Merchants must complete payment within 3 days, no later than the 12th of each month. If payment is not made by the 12th, the website will be frozen and given a 3-day grace period to apply for reactivation, with an application fee of 2000 USDT. Failure to apply within the 3-day period will result in permanent suspension of the website.

Domain Usage Policy

  • 1. Redirects are strictly forbidden. Once a domain is registered, it is exclusively assigned to a partner and cannot be shared or used by multiple entities.
  • 2. Once a domain is successfully submitted, it cannot be modified, replaced, or cancelled.
  • 3. Domains that do not pass the approval process are not allowed to be used in any way.
  • 4. Any losses resulting from the use of unapproved domains or failure to display the identity verification badge on the homepage are the sole responsibility of the user.
  • 5. Domains identified as violating regulations by authorities will be permanently blacklisted.
  • 6. Blacklisted domains are not eligible for reinstatement or reactivation.
  • 7. New domain applications will be reviewed and processed within 48 hours of submission.
  • 8. The domain service operates on a prepaid basis with a usage period of three months. Please renew at least three days before the expiry date to avoid service interruption or domain expiration.
  • 9. For high-risk category domains, the company shall not be held liable for any issues or domain blockages occurring within 45 days from the date of verification.
  • 10. If a domain is classified as high-risk, the company reserves the right to refuse domain protection services.
  • 11. If a protected domain is verified to be transferred from another consortium, the company shall bear no responsibility for any subsequent suspension or blockage.
  • 12. Domains submitted for protection must be newly registered and unused, and shall not be transferred from any other protected party.

Payment Gateway Rules

  • 1. If funds are frozen or stolen due to improper account management, the Company will unilaterally bear full responsibility for the affected amount.
  • 2. The Company will only address transaction-related fund complaints submitted within 24 hours. Complaints made after this period will not be considered.
  • 3. If a merchant is found to be in violation of the rules or misusing the payment gateway for fraudulent transactions or activities unrelated to the regulated gambling industry or Company-approved websites, and this results in the Company’s payment account being frozen, all related deposits will be forfeited.
  • 4. If a merchant's actions lead to the freezing of a bank account due to rule violations, the merchant will be fully liable for any resulting losses. The Company will provide supporting evidence where applicable.
  • 5. Merchants are responsible for resolving payment disputes with their own users. If a merchant fails to respond, the Company reserves the right to withhold the merchant's account balance until the issue is resolved.
  • 6. If a payout request exceeds the merchant’s available balance, the Company will notify the merchant immediately and reserves the right to decline the excess payout.
  • 7. The Company reserves the right to modify or adjust the above terms, including fees and rules, in response to changes in national banking policies, financial regulations, or government directives.

Integration - Important Notes

  • 1. Orders are only accepted for online casino platforms. Services are not available for regular e-commerce sites, short-term lending, fraud, phishing, adult content, drugs, or any related industries.
  • 2. If the channel is used for financial platforms such as forex, futures, or bulk trading, all associated funds will be frozen.
  • 3. Each transaction must include the member ID and transaction IP to support irregular activity monitoring and risk control.
  • 4. All payment transactions must be conducted through the API.
